An extremely comfortable room with a uniquely carved fireplace; the open fire keeps this room especially welcoming during the winter months.

An area to relax and unwind with a selection of board games provided as well as a wide range of books, toys and puzzles for all the family.

A formal dinning area with an extendable table.
Kitchen
The modern farmhouse kitchen is fitted with an oil fired Aga and electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. A table and chairs allow cosy, yet comfortable, additional dining. A high chair is available.
River Room
A very attractive and spacious beamed summer sitting room furnished in old pine. There are beautiful views of the East Lyn.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has an additional washbasin. All beds will be made up on arrival and there is an adequate supply of spare blankets. Electric blankets are also available.
Front Twin Bedroom
A light airy twin bedroom overlooking the front garden and East Lyn river. There is also a travel cot and toddler bed guard available for use. Electric blankets are available in this room.
Back Twin Bedroom
All bedding and towels are provided for your stay.
Bathroom
The large bathroom has a WC, washbasin, bath and separate shower cubicle. There is also a separate WC upstairs.
Garden
There is a small private garden with table and chairs and also deckchairs.
Hillside Garden
A separate hillside garden with patio and summerhouse adjoins the cottage.
